Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is in a super convenient location in downtown Denver, perfect for our planned activities and walking distance to many great areas of LoDo. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped, though the lack of USB ports was inconvenient. The service was a mix of nice and helpful encounters along with some rude interactions. Dining was decent, but not complimentary as found in other places. The location was excellent overall, but having only one elevator to the parking garage was quite frustrating.
My stay at the hotel was excellent and very welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I stayed there for a total of 10 days. The hotel has convenient parking, and my room was cozy. The location was perfect for exploring downtown with easy access to public transportation. However, the only downside of this hotel was that the dining options weren't on the agenda. The hotel staff were very helpful, and the hotel was near the Colorado Convention Center, which was why I decided to stay here.
I paid $217 for each room, so I had no choice but to wait, which turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had. I stay at a lot of hotels, and this one, unfortunately, I will not return to. I only got 3 hours of sleep before I had to leave, and they did not want to do anything. The room I chose through the Hilton app was a nice size.
I found the hotel to be in a convenient downtown location with easy access to public transportation and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The room was well-lit, making it hard to sleep, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the suggestion made by an employee left me in disbelief. Although the bagel on the second day was dry, the proximity to the outdoor mall was a plus.
